We shall not be liable for any failure to perform any of our obligations under these terms and conditions which is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to any force majeure incident. CONTRACT

No contract will subsist between you and AFCPARTS-UK for a sale to you of any product or service unless and until AFCPARTS-UK accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your order. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time AFCPARTS-UK sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail).

DELIVERY POLICY

We endeavour to send all order out as quickly as reasonably possible

All items are sent by ROYAL MAIL or courier. Price for the delivery will depend on your choice of delivery service when you purchasing an items. Do the fact that the UK 2 SECOND CLASS DELIVERY and STANDART INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY services does not have a tracking number, we do not take any responsibility if parcel lost or stolen, unless otherwise stated.

No replacements for lost items will be despatched until their loss is confirmed by the delivery agents.

Approx delivery times are stated in the listing; however please allow a reasonable amount of time to pass to allow for any delays beyond our control (i.e. postal strikes). Any claim(s) made for lost or missing items sent by recorded delivery will only be valid after 15 working days (UK) or 30 working days (Overseas) from the date your order was dispatched (this excludes weekends & Bank holidays). In the event of an item not being delivered within a timely manor, firstly, contact your local Royal Mail sorting office. In 90% of cases an attempt has been made to deliver the goods, and if nobody was present to sign for the delivery, the parcel will have been returned to the postal sorting depot. Royal Mail will return any item(s) to us that are not collected within approx 7-10 days. If the goods have been returned to us, please contact us to arrange re-delivery – Please note we reserve the right to charge a further delivery charge to re-deliver your goods. If the goods are not at your local sorting office please contact us to inform us that your goods have not arrived. . No replacements for lost items will be despatched until their loss is confirmed by the delivery agents.

Eire, Southern Ireland, R.O.I. is a separate country To UK and is treated as such for shipping. For orders sent outside the European Union, We are NOT responsible for any Import Taxes, Surcharges or Duty charges extra local delivery charges levied by or on behalf your Countries or delivery agents, the customer is wholly responsible for any charges that may be levied. We will NOT make false statements regarding value, condition or import type, any requests to do so will be ignored.

SALE

We will cancel an order that is delayed due to stock issues if requested by the customer as long as we receive the instruction BEFORE the item is shipped. We will also cancel an order if there is no stock currently for the item and we do not have a reasonable or reliable re-stock date , or if the item has been withdrawn or discontinued, we will endeavour inform the customer as soon as we make this decision.

WARRANTY

All of our parts carry a 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated. If in the unlikely event you believe you have received a faulty product or the product develops a fault, please contact us to arrange its return for either a refund or replacement. Refunds are issued within 30 days from the date the goods are returned. If after the goods have been tested and are found to be fully functional, you will be required to arrange collection of your goods, or they will be returned to you by us, and you will be charged the amount for that service. Faulty goods must also be returned in the same aesthetical condition that they were supplied.

RETURNS POLICY

(COMPANY NAME) comply with legal requirements under both the Sale of Goods Act & the Distance Selling Regulations

When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a Product (other than perishable produce) up to 7 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). If the order has been dispatched, you can return the Product to us and we will organise a refund.

Returning unwanted goods MUST be returned “AS NEW” “UNUSED” AND “UNFITTED” (i.e. in the condition you received them, in their unmarked original packaging and must be fully resalable), within 7 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for all return shipping cost/outgoing shipping costs. We strongly suggest you retain certificate of posting. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In any case where we have dispatched an incorrect item or you have ordered an incorrect item, the (COMPANY NAME) will, where applicable, dispatch a replacement item. In this instance you will be billed for the Item and a refund will be issued for the incorrect item once it is returned to us as described above.

In the case if (COMPANY NAME) dispatched an incorrect item, the company will provide a full order refund (including the return shipping cost/outgoing shipping costs).

We will not refund the cost of returning the product to us and outgoing delivery charge if you have ordered an incorrect item. In exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of (COMPANY NAME) we may refund the incoming delivery charge. In this case the maximum amount refundable will be the cost of the outgoing delivery charge paid.

Please note that we will not accept any returns back after 7 days.

We recommend a Certificate of Postage obtained and retained as proof of posting by customer, available free of charge from your Post Office, returns will NOT be processed until receipt and inspection.

CLAIMS

Any claim cannot be entertained once the order has been signed for, any damage must be specified on the delivery docket and the parcel must be refused.
